When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by RESCHIA. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. RESCHIA makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
RESCHIA takes the responsibility for all personal information you provide us with when you place an order. We will handle the information carefully and will not give it out to third parties.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If the items that you have purchased are not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return them. If so, please note the following:

Do not send anything without processing it first through our returns system, as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.
Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery by sending them back in perfect condition and in original wrapping. We will accept returned items as long as they have not been worn or washed and if they are returned with their labels and tags intact.
Please note that shipping charges of exchanges or refunds are at your expense for purchases outside of Sweden or for items that are on sale.
If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. We therefore recommend you to choose a safe shipping alternative.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination.
If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. RESCHIA is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
All orders are processed at our distribution center in Kinnarumma, Sweden within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Order processing may take up to three days during our sales period. We operate Monday to Friday with exception for Swedish public holidays.
Swedish orders are shipped with Posten and international orders with UPS or DHL.
A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

Swedish orders are shipped with Postnord. Your order will be shipped to your local delivery point and notification will be sent by text message or dispatch note when your package is ready to be collected. Free shipping applies only to full priced items.
International orders are shipped with UPS or DHL. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the courier's usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact your specific carrier directly or contact us at email@example.com and we will look into it. Note that countries outside EU don't pay Swedish taxes and that you have to pay the taxes in your home country before UPS/DHL can deliver.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or destination customs clearance.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
In case of any technical difficulties regarding the quantities in stock we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Reschia insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you have specified a recipient which is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Reschia and transfer of responsibility in the same way. If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company in the first place.
TAXES AND DUTIES
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout.
Rest of the World
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Swedish VAT. We are unable to advise the exact amount of Duties and Taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local Customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties by UPS. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we recommend you to contact your local UPS office to obtain a landed cost estimate.
GIFT CERTIFICATES TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Gift Certificates can be redeemed against all products on reschia.com.
- Gift Certificates are non-transferable, can only be used on reschia.com and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
- If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate, the remaining balance will have to be paid through one of the available payment methods.
- If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Certificate, the amount will only be refunded as store credit.
- Virtual Gift Certificates will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
- Reschia is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Certificate to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Reschia is not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- Reschia reserves the right to cancel a Gift Certificate if we deem such action necessary.
- Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Certificate.
- Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a Reschia Gift Certificate.
